Product: Coach Women's Sammy (22mm) Beige Logo Dial / Gold-Tone Stainless Steel Bracelet 14504417

This company saved the day. I had originally purchased the same watch from another company online, however after their courier finally admitting to ‘losing’ the watch with their tracking merely stating delivery was delayed for what was over a week, the date of our granddaughter’s 18th was almost here and I needed a replacement for the specific watch she had chosen as a gift from us very quickly. I ordered the watch a little after 9am and the next day it arrived packaged well and without a hitch. I would certainly recommend this company.

Product: Mondaine Doppio Bauhaus Inspired (41mm) Black Dial / Black PVD Stainless Steel Mesh Bracelet MLE.41221.SM

Very happy with my purchase from FCW. I ordered a watch that was on back order and the team kept me up to date every step of the way. First class service from first class watches! The price was the best around too, I saved around £50 on the manufacturer RRP. All in all a very good purchase experience, I won’t buy from anywhere else.
