I've bought a few watches from First Class Watches now, including a Hamilton and recently a Seiko Turtle. Each time, the team has been friendly, helpful and quick to reply if I’ve needed anything. Delivery has always been fast, and everything arrives well packaged and in perfect condition.

With my latest order, I had to return a couple before I found the right one, but they were brilliant the whole way through. Never made me feel like a nuisance, and just wanted me to be happy with what I chose.

I’d happily recommend them to anyone who loves watches and wants proper service to go with it.

I was looking to get a s/steel bracelet strap for my hamilton jazzmaster watch from Hamilton themselves however I found the service to be pretty poor therefore, I looked around and found one online at first class watches with whom I've dealt with before. I ordered a genuine Garmin silicone strap as a replacement for my Fenix 6 Sapphire. It arrived earlier than expected. Easy to fit, a small improvement on the original.
Not worth the risk of non genuine straps failing.

I was prepared to wait untill July for my order to be fulfilled (from 22nd May) but First Class Watches pulled out all the stops and fulfilled my order by 6th June , in just two weeks.

I was very pleased with the 31 jeweled smooth movement, the watch is very comfortable to wear, and attractive to the eye.

The quality of this watch is exceptional and one that I would have expected from a watch of a much greater price.
