Buying from an Authorised Retailer
-
Direct from the brand
Our stock comes to us from the brands and their UK distributors, so what arrives is new and genuine.
-
Guarantee stamped on the day
The manufacturer's warranty card is stamped and dated when your order is packed, as the brand has authorised us to do. Most brands give two years; some three to five.
-
Box, papers and everything in them
The presentation box, instructions, warranty card and any limited-edition extras the brand specifies, exactly as the brand supplies them.
-
Aftercare in Kenilworth
Servicing, repairs, battery changes and advice through the James Moore Jewellers showroom at 9 Warwick Road, for online customers too.
Brands recommend buying from their official retailers because an unauthorised seller cannot offer the manufacturer's guarantee, and a watch bought through the grey market may have its guarantee refused by the brand.
Seiko UK lists us on its stockist page under the name of our showroom, James Moore Jewellers, Kenilworth.

Pre-owned watches are the exception: they are sold with our own warranty rather than the brand's, and a brand we sell only pre-owned is not listed here.
